COVID-19 Pre-Settlement Funding

Coronavirus Lawsuit Loans: Get $3,500 in 24 Hours

If the COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on your finances, an emergency pre-settlement loan from TriMark Legal Funding could help calm your nerves.

TriMark Legal Funding enacted its emergency Coronavirus pre-settlement funding program on March 24, 2020, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The program officially closed on May 10, 2023, five days after the World Health Organization declared the pandemic over. COVID-19 Settlement Loans

Once upon a time, lawsuit loans and pre-settlement funding were used only by injured plaintiffs in dire financial straits. Legal funding existed to provide the money they needed to pay bills while their attorneys negotiated the most appropriate lawsuit settlement for their injuries.

But on March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) officially declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. Two days later, on March 13, 2020, President Donald Trump followed suit and declared a national emergency for COVID-19.

California was the first state to issue a statewide stay-at-home order on March 19, 2020. And in the days that followed, a cascade of other states issued their own stay-at-home orders:

By April 7, 2020, the United States was engulfed in a nationwide lockdown, and over 90% of its residents were confined to their homes. The following states did not order statewide stay-at-home orders during the pandemic: Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming.

Legal Funding To The Rescue

With the global pandemic in full swing and statewide stay-at-home orders in effect in 43 of the 50 states, millions of businesses were forced to close and, literally overnight, tens of millions of Americans found themselves out of work. Many began running out of money; there was no end in sight, and, for a time, it seemed like just about everyone was in dire financial straits.

The last thing anyone needed right then was more empty platitudes about how “we’re all in this together.” What people needed was money. Rapidly.

TriMark Legal Funding had the money injured plaintiffs needed, so, as one of America’s foremost pre-settlement funding companies, it stepped up to help.

Automatic $3,500 Pre-Settlement Loan Approval

Since its inception in 2003, TriMark Legal Funding has been one of America’s most innovative pre-settlement funding companies.

Effective March 24, 2020, TriMark Legal Funding is proud to announce that we are the first lawsuit funding company in America to provide automatic-approval, no-document, COVID-19 lawsuit loans.

Note: On April 29, 2020, due to its overwhelming popularity, the program was extended indefinitely. It was officially closed on May 10, 2023, five days after the World Health Organization declared the pandemic was over.

Our goal for this COVID-19 relief program is to approve all new, qualified plaintiff funding requests and provide a $3,500 emergency pre-settlement loan to every eligible applicant who wants one.

To achieve that goal, we have streamlined our review process down to the bare minimum so that we can automatically approve every legitimate, qualified applicant who applies for lawsuit funding.

You read that right:

  • Automatic $3,500 approval on all qualifying cases
  • Funding target is 4 to 24 hours
  • No credit checks
  • No case documents
  • No underwriting fees

TriMark’s rates for this offer are below 3% per month, non-compounding, and capped at 2X for your safety.

Lawsuit Funding Requests Over $3,500

TriMark added this program to provide as many people as possible with immediate cash. At the same time, we are still processing all our regular funding requests.

TriMark provides non-recourse settlement loans from $500 up to $250,000+ on a wide variety of cases.

All requests over $3,500 must still undergo our standard underwriting review, which typically takes about 24 hours.

Recently, however, the same question keeps getting asked, and we give the same answer each time.

Question: What if I need more than $3,500?
A: Apply for the $3,500 offer immediately. It’s automatically approved, so it is the fastest way to get cash in your hands right now. After you receive it, simply contact us and request whatever additional funding you need.

You may apply online 24/7. If you need to speak with someone, we have staff available between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm PST.
No More Paper Contracts
All funding contracts are now processed using eSignature (DocuSign) to comply with the CDC’s social distancing guidelines,
If you are not familiar with it, DocuSign is the world’s #1 way to sign documents securely and electronically.
How Coronavirus Lawsuit Loans Work
All plaintiffs with a qualifying case * and no prior funding are encouraged to apply for an immediate $3,500 lawsuit cash advance. Existing clients and anyone with previous funding from any other company are ineligible for this offer.
To simplify and expedite approval and processing, TriMark will not require any case-related documentation from your attorney. We are also waiving our regular underwriting fee.
Here is all we need:
Completed application

A brief conversation with your attorney
Once we receive the executed Docusign funding agreement back from you and your attorney, funds can be wired directly into your checking account or sent FedEx Overnight, whichever you prefer.

The Stakes Are High In Medical Malpractice Lawsuits

Lawsuit loans and injury settlement funding in the hospital

Every medical malpractice lawsuit shares at least two things in common.

First, medical malpractice cases are hard to win, plain and simple. And second, they take years to prepare, litigate, and settle.

Doctors know they face a litany of harsh consequences and repercussions if they lose their medical malpractice cases.

As a result, many try to delay the inevitable for as long as possible.

Now obviously, you don’t care about the doctor’s problems, but knowing what’s at stake if they lose can help you understand why malpractice lawsuits take much longer to settle than, say, car accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall settlements, and most other personal injury claims.

It can also help you understand why so many people choose to get pre-settlement funding on medical malpractice lawsuits, and why settlement funding could be worth your consideration if you’re experiencing financial challenges in the wake of filing your malpractice suit.

Medical Malpractice Lawsuit Funding: Built For Plaintiffs

You didn’t do anything wrong. The only reason you’re in a financial bind to begin with is medical malpractice.

You trusted a doctor or hospital to do their job correctly, just like we’ve all done a zillion times before. But this time, they screwed up, and you got injured because of it.

But it was their negligence and their medical errors that caused all this financial hardship for you.

And yet, they’re still working and earning money, but you’re all jammed up, and it’s your life that’s been put on hold.

You’re the one who’s been forced into a years-long, must-win legal fight because those same people who hurt you, and their insurance provider, are now the ones who are doing everything in their power to prevent you from being compensated fairly for the injuries they caused, all in the name of protecting their livelihood.
