Consider Personal Loans When Legal Funding Is Prohibited
Have you ever wondered, “Can I get the cash I need…without legal funding, and even if I have bad credit?” The answer to both is yes! TriMark’s private lender network offers a wide range of personal loans and financing options for almost any borrower or type of credit.

Legal Funding Is Prohibited In These 10 States
If you live in any of these states, legal funding is, unfortunately, not an option for you. This includes legal funding for workers compensation claims as well.
If you live in one of these states and need cash now, you will need to apply for a personal loan from one or more of our preferred lenders below. If you have a workers comp claim, you can visit workers comp personal loans to learn more.
Personal Loans Instead of Legal Funding
Based on TriMark’s 20+ years of experience in the legal funding business, it’s fair to say that probably 90-95% of plaintiffs have damaged credit to some degree or another.
Since legal funding doesn’t rely on credit scores, having credit problems isn’t usually an issue for our clients. However, in states where legal funding is prohibited or restricted, it can be.
That’s because most people with credit scores below 670 (commonly referred to as bad credit) will find it difficult, if not impossible, to get an unsecured personal loan from conventional banks and lending institutions.
All Kinds of Loans For All Kinds of Credit
In TriMark’s experience, the single most significant, and most widespread, obstacle that prevents banks and other traditional lending institutions from providing plaintiffs with personal loans and other types of financing they need is credit challenges.
Most plaintiffs, upwards of 90% in our experience, have fair to poor (bad) credit. That’s defined as credit scores below 670.
For that reason, TriMark maintains an extensive network of private lenders and financiers that offer an impressive array of personal loans and other financial solutions.
For most banks considering an unsecured personal loan, fair credit, poor credit, and bad credit are dealbreakers. The lenders in our network, however, routinely work with all kinds of borrowers, almost every type of credit, and they have a stellar record when it comes to getting people approved.
