The Lake Oswego widow of a guy who perished in a boat capsizing last January on the Oregon coast has filed a $9 million wrongful death suit against the owners and operator of the vessel. Dan Zai Self filed the suit today in Medford’s U.S. District Court on behalf of the estate of Albert G. Self, who went missing near Paradise Point State Park, near Port Orford.
