MANCHESTER – A local pedestrian was badly hurt after getting struck by a car on Ridgeway Roadway, authorities said. Christine Culp, 54, was aiming to cross Ridgeway Roadway near the Quick Check, around 9:45 p.m. Saturday when she was struck by a 2014 Fiat 500L, driven by Ronald D.
