There are many types of discrimination that are being imposed by the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If any employee gets any form of discrimination that fall under these categories, then the victim may pursue legal charges and actions against their company.

An employment policy or practice that uses to anybody, without regard to the discrimination, can be unlawful so long as there is an unfavorable effect on candidates or workers within the restrictions of each discrimination classification and is not associated with the task or necessary to the company operations.

The law restricts discrimination when it pertains to any of the following aspects of employment: hiring, firing, pay, task projects, promos, layoff, training, additional benefit, and other terms or conditions of work.
